KENWYNE JONES has been named in Tony Pulis' starting eleven at Chelsea this afternoon after overcoming his ankle injury.
The Trinidad and Tobago international was rated as doubtful for the clash after picking up the knock on his debut at Wolves two weeks ago.
He starts as a lone striker, with Matthew Etherington and summer signing Jonathan Walters occupying the flanks, whilst Dean Whitehead and Rory Delap occupy the middle.
At the back, the City boss has opted for five defenders with Andy Wilkinson making his first league start of the campaign alongside Robert Huth, Ryan Shawcross, Abdoulaye Faye and Danny Collins.
Thomas Sorensen comes back in goals after Carlo Nash started in the midweek Carling Cup victory over Shrewsbury Town. Bosnian international Asmir Begovic is named on the bench.
