The Teams Are In

Posted on: Fri 24 Apr 2009

City's Reserves are back in action this evening as they host Tottenham Hotspur at Nantwich Town's Weaver Stadium in the Barclays Premier Reserve League South.

Mark O'Connor has named a side made up of Academy players, while the visitors include the likes of Brazil international Gilberto and England Under 21 star John Bostock in their line up.

The Potters picked up a 2-0 victory in the capital earlier this season with goals from Danny Pugh and Michael Tonge securing the win.

Entry to the final home game of the season is £3 for adults and £1 for concessions, with free entry for Season Ticket holders on production of their Season Ticket wallet.

The venue is just over half an hour away from the Britannia Stadium, with supporters advised to travel northbound on the A500 to the outskirts of Nantwich.

From there, they should take the A51 into the town before continuing onto the A534 (Hospital Street, Pratchitts Row and Station Road) to Water-Lode, which will lead them straight to the stadium.

The post code for the stadium is CW5 5BS although older satellite navigation systems may not pick it up.
