STOKE CITY'S Barclays Premier Reserve League South match against Portsmouth has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Torrential rain in the south of the country this morning left the pitch at Havant and Waterlooville's West Leigh Park ground waterlogged.

Consequently, Portsmouth called in a local referee to conduct an inspection and he ruled that the conditions were not fit for the game to go ahead.

No new date has been fixed for the game at this stage.
