Ticket Office - Matchday Staff
Stoke City Football Club are looking to recruit match-day customer service staff to be based within the Club's ticket office.
The job involves dealing with customers at the ticket office sales counter, or over the telephone.
Applicants must be polite and outgoing with a good telephone manner.
They must be of smart appearance and computer literate.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment would also be an advantage.
All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work at weekends to suit the demands of the business.

Accounts Clerk / Purchase Ledger
This is an exciting opportunity to work for Stoke City Football Club in a growing & successful Accounts department.
Job Spec -
·Coding / Processing purchase invoices (onto Sage/invoice tracker)
·Ensuring the correct authorisation of P/L invoices
·Petty cash payments
·Balancing of the petty cash tin
·Monthly reconciliation of Top 10 suppliers
·Timely processing of the monthly cheque run
·Posting of nominal ledger journals
·Control account recpnciliations
Skills required -
·Good knowledge of Sage line 50
·Computer literate
·Good communication skills
·Time management skills essential
·Strong team worker
