ANOTHER first-team player who has endured injury frustrations at the bet365 Stadium, Glen Johnson is desperate to make up for lost time this term.
The former England international made an immediate impact following his switch from Liverpool last summer, but injury cruelly struck him during the 3-1 triumph over Bournemouth in February.
A frustrating six-month spell on the sidelines was brought to an end in October, when Mark Hughes handed him his first-team return against Hull City in the EFL Cup.
He followed that up by producing an impressive display in the Premier League draw with West Bromwich Albion and looks likely retaining his right-back slot moving forward.
A powerful and attacking defender, Johnson is famed for his ability to press up the field and get balls into the box, whilst he is also capable of netting goals for himself.
