PRIORITY SALES PERIODS
Home League Games
Tickets for these matches go on sale approximately twelve weeks before the fixture.
Tickets are sold in the following order, with a week exclusive for the highest priority:
1: Potters Foundation non-season card holders & Potters Forever members
2: General sale
Home Cup Games
Season card holders have their usual seat reserved, where possible, for a period as advertised by the Club.
However, for low demand fixtures some areas of the Britannia Stadium may not be open and therefore seating may be unreserved.
Details on the exact sales process is announced on a game-by-game basis dependent on expected demand for the fixture.
Away League Games
For the 2014/15 season, there are four levels of priorities for regulation away games.
The top priority is for season card holders with a set number of priority points, to be determined on a game-by-game basis.
For the purpose of the priority levels below, this number will be represented by 'X'.
1: Season card holders with X priority points
2: All season card holders
3: Potters Foundation members, Potters Forever members & Junior members
4: General sale
Away Cup Games
Priority sales periods normally follow the process above, but will be determined on a game-by-game basis.
High Demand Away Games
When a fixture is designated as a 'high demand' away game by the Club, priority points will determine additional sales periods within each level.
1: Season card holders with X points
2: Season card holders with Y points
3: Potters Foundation members, Potters Forever members with X points
4: Potters Foundation members, Potters Forever members with Y points
5: Club members with X points
6: Club members with Y points
7: General sale

Telephone Number: (01782) 367599
For any matchday ticket collections these will be available up to two hours prior to a game from the Britannia Stadium Ticket Office, and then from the Britannia Stadium's Satellite Ticket Office, next to Delilah's Bar.
Can I purchase more than one ticket on my Club Card or Season Card?
Both the Club Card and Season Card reflect the account details of the individual supporter who owns the card; therefore only one match seat can be purchased and loaded onto the card for that specific supporter.
The Card can only be scanned once per game, in the same way a paper ticket cannot be reused once a supporter has been through the turnstile. Therefore, you cannot purchase extra tickets for family or friends for either a Barclays Premier League game. To purchase tickets for others you must create an account for them online at scfcdirect.com or via the ticket office in person or by calling 01782 367599. Please make sure you have the individual's correct and up to date details before doing so.
How do I purchase additional tickets for family/friends on scfcdirect.com?
You need to create additional accounts for each individual attending the game. You can create extra accounts using scfcdirect.com for friends or family, then simply link their account to yours using the preferences button when you log in. Remember you only need to register additional accounts once and then seats will be automatically loaded onto the additional account holder's cards when purchased.
The system will remember your linked accounts when you purchase seats in the future and will automatically suggest the purchase of additional seats at the checkout stage. You can accept or decline simply by clicking the button. Please note tickets for all fixtures are sold in different priority levels and Season Card holders may be able to buy a seat but non-Season Card holders may not.
Any additional purchases using the friends and family link will automatically be loaded onto the card bearing the additional account number. You will need to bring all these cards to gain entry to the stadium. Cards with account numbers which do not match the numbers used to purchase seats will not work at the turnstile scanner.
I’m thinking of travelling to a game but I live abroad, will my card be posted to me?
No, Club Cards are not posted overseas, they are placed for collection at the Britannia Stadium. Any new overseas supporters purchasing for the first time must ensure that they collect their Club Card at the Ticket Office. These will be available for collection from the moment they are processed and will stay there until collected. They will be at the Ticket Office until two hours before kick-off on a matchday and then from the Satellite Ticket Office located on the Novus Stand next to Delilah's Bar until kick off. Once this is collected you can keep using the card for as many matches as you like.
