WHO WE ARE
The Stoke City Foundation is the official charitable arm of Stoke City Football Club. Under our previous identities as ‘Football in the Community’ and as the Club’s ‘Community Trust’, we have been delivering positive outcomes for the people of the Potteries since 2003.
OUR VISION
Active communities. Healthier lives. United by football.
OUR MISSION
We connect communities of Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire by creating inclusive opportunities for everyone to play football and be active. Through the spaces we create and the programmes we deliver, we aim to improve physical health, support mental wellbeing, and educate our community on the lifelong benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
OUR PURPOSE
To positively impact physical health and mental wellbeing, to create spaces and opportunities for communities to come together and to educate on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
WHY IT MATTERS
We are a trusted community partner, a catalyst for change, and a champion for inclusion. Whether it’s tackling loneliness, improving mental health, or helping young people thrive, our work is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthier, happier life.
