Daughters and Dads - register your interest

Stoke City Community Trust are inviting supporters to register their interest in its Daughters and Dads Active and Empowered initiative.

Daughters and Dads Active and Empowered is a free physical activity and education programme for young girls (5-11) and their fathers/father-figures who want to be more active together.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, the Community Trust will be deliver the 11-week scheme virtually every Tuesday evening (6.30pm to 7.30pm) from the end of March.

What can you expect?

• A free 11-week programme delivered virtually by trained instructors*
• Receive a sports equipment pack to support completion of the programme**
• Meet other families on a similar journey
• Spend quality time with your daughter participating in activities and games
• Learn how to design sport and fitness activities and improve your family’s physical activity levels
• Learn how to improve your daughter’s sports skills, confidence, and resilience
