Harrington Handed Easter Clash

Tony Harrington

TONY HARRINGTON will referee his second Stoke City match of the season when promotion-chasing Norwich City visit the bet365 Stadium on Easter Monday.

The Cleveland-based official took charge of the Potters’ dramatic 3-2 home defeat to Blackburn Rovers in September.

The man in black is yet to oversee a match involving the Canaries this season, although has refereed five matches involving the Norfolk club over the years.

Harrington has been in charge of 30 matches during the 2018/19 campaign, dishing out 105 yellows and three reds in the process. He has also awarded a total of 14 penalties.

His most recent outing was on Good Friday as MK Dons recorded a 2-1 victory over League Two strugglers Notts County at Meadow Lane.

Assisting Harrington tomorrow afternoon will be Paul Hodskinson and Mark Dwyer, while Oliver Langford will act as the fourth official.
