City boss gives an injury update at his weekly press conference...
NATHAN JONES has hinted that the likes of Sam Vokes and Peter Etebo could be in line for first-team returns against Reading tomorrow afternoon.
The pair have been absent in recent weeks having both picked up groin strains during the fixtures with Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest.
However, speaking at his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon, the Welshman delivered positive news on the injury front, albeit without naming players.
“We are in a far better place than we have been recently in terms of injuries,” Jones said.
“That is obviously a positive for us because we have been depleted to a degree, and it means we will be able to have really good options out there.
“We will have a strong side out there, we will have good options from the bench and we are really looking forward to it.”
