Wolves Await Replay Winners

Emirates FA Cup

STOKE CITY will play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round should they defeat Shrewsbury Town in next week’s third round replay.

Peter Crouch came off the bench at the Montgomery Waters Meadow to ensure the Potters remained in the hat for the draw made at Wolves’ Molineux stadium this evening.

City will need to oversee their League One opponents at the bet365 Stadium which is provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 15th January (kick-off, 8pm).

Should the Potters overcome the Shrews they will entertain Premier League opposition in the shape of Staffordshire rivals Wolves, who deservedly defeated Liverpool in the third round.

Fourth round games are scheduled to take place on the weekend of 25th to 28th January.
