PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE

Supporters can purchase both home and away tickets online, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, at scfcdirect.com

Supporters can opt to either collect a paper ticket or have their entry to the game loaded onto their members card. Supporters should keep their confirmation e-mail as this includes the location of their seat for each game. 

Any away tickets selected to be posted will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, however we do not post tickets overseas and therefore these will be made available for collection at the Ticket Office or away stadium. 

Tickets selected for collection, will be available 24 hours after purchase. 

PURCHASE TICKETS OVER THE PHONE

Bookings are also accepted over the phone by calling the Ticket Office during normal opening hours on (01782) 367599. 

Tickets can be purchased up to two hours before kick off via this method and will be pre-loaded onto your card. 

COLLECTIONS

Any matchday ticket collections are made available up to two hours prior to a game from the Ticket Office, and then from the Satellite Ticket Office, located at the North-East corner of the bet365 Stadium on the DPD Stand, next to Delilah's Bar. 

PRIORITY SALES PERIODS

Home League Games

Tickets for these matches go on sale approximately twelve weeks before the fixture. 

Tickets are sold in the following order, with a week exclusive for the highest priority: 

1: Potters Foundation non-Season Card holders, Potters Forever, Team Power & Potter Power members 
2: General sale 

Home Cup Games

Season Card holders have their usual seat reserved, where possible, for a period as advertised by the Club. 

However, for low demand fixtures some areas of the bet365 Stadium may not be open and therefore seating may be unreserved. 

Details on the exact sales process is announced on a game-by-game basis dependent on expected demand for the fixture. 

Away League Games

There are four levels of priorities for regulation away games. 

The top priority is for Season Card holders with a set number of priority points, to be determined on a game-by-game basis. 

For the purpose of the priority levels below, this number will be represented by 'X'. 

1: Season Card holders with X priority points 
2: All Season Card holders 
3: Potters Foundation non-Season Card holders, Potters Forever, Team Power & Potter Power members 
4: General sale 

Away Cup Games

Priority sales periods normally follow the process above, but will be determined on a game-by-game basis. 

High Demand Away Games

When a fixture is designated as a 'high demand' away game by the Club, priority points will determine additional sales periods within each level. 

For example: 
1: Season Card holders with X points 
2: Season Card holders with Y points 
3: Potters Foundation non-Season Card holders, Potters Forever, Team Power & Potter Power members with X points 
4: Potters Foundation non-Season Card holders, Potters Forever, Team Power & Potter Power members with Y points 
5: Club members with X points 
6: Club members with Y points 
7: General sale 

* For each away fixture, a maximum of 3% of the total allocation will be made available to members of official overseas supporters branches. For more information, click HERE

50 tickets will also be made available for a Potters Foundation ballot. For more information on the ballot, click HERE

PRIORITY POINTS

Both Season Card holders and members are rewarded with Priority Points following purchases of match tickets, collected as follows: 

- 10 points for each Away League and Away Cup game attended in previous season 
- 10 points for each Home League game attended in current season (not applicable for Season Card holders) 
- 10 points for each Home League Cup game attended in current season 
- 10 points for each Home Cup game attended in current season 
- 10 points for each Away Cup game attended in current season 

Priority Points are added to accounts within a maximum of 48 hours of the completed fixture.
