STOKE CITY accommodate and welcome fans with a range of disabilities to the bet365 Stadium... 

All disabled supporters will be welcomed via the specified gates. Home and away supporters who are wheelchair users can watch the game from bays that have ground level access and seats for a personal assistant.

There is no specifically allocated seating for ambulant disabled supporters within the Stadium but please note that you would need to be able to exit the Stadium quickly and safely in an emergency. Stoke City welcome disabled supporters using an assistance dog. Please let us know, when purchasing tickets, that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog when attending matches. There is a small area between the Q-railing Stand and the Boothen End that is suitable for exercising dogs if required.

Matchday commentary is available using a Stoke City headset. Please specify any requirement when booking your tickets by sending an email to our Disability Liaison Officer at [email protected] 

To purchase your matchday tickets please call the Ticket Office Hotline on (01782) 367599 or book in person at the Ticket Office or the Hanley store situated in the Intu Potteries shopping centre.

Once we have seen confirmation of Higher rate DWP and Enhanced rate PIP we offer a discounted price for disabled supporters with a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant. Proof of entitlement should be dated within the last 12 months.

If you are a disabled Stoke City supporter who attends matches or would like to attend matches, then Stoke City FC are here to help you.

Following development work in 2017 Stoke City Football Club is committed to providing class leading services and facilities to disabled supporters attending the Stadium. We also aim to provide access and opportunities for all members of the community to take part in without threat of intimidation, victimisation, harassment, bullying and abuse. Any person associated with the Club can be assured of an environment in which their rights, dignity and individual worth are respected and in particular that they are able to enjoy their engagement at the Club.

This statement has been produced to provide you with key information that will assist you and others when visiting the Club. 

Disability Defined

The Equality Act 2010 defines a disabled person as someone with a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his or her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. 

To ensure that the Club treats everyone fairly and to enable us to take the particular circumstances of disabled supporters into account when allocating seats, the Club requires all applicants for seating which has been allocated for the specific use of disabled supporters to produce confirmation that they receive the higher rate of DLA, either care or mobility or the PIP equivalent. Please note in the case of DLA or PIP, as the allowance may be for life or for a fixed period, the Club reserves the right to periodically check that an applicant remains eligible. (Home Supporters only)

Facilities For Wheelchair User Disabled Supporters

We accommodate home and away supporters who are wheelchair users (subject to availability) and these bays have ground level access and are mid-tier or pitch side. To allow easy access into the stadium, we also have high levels bays.  Entry for wheelchair disabled supporters will be via the specified gates meaning supporters do not enter through the turnstiles.

Facilities For Ambulant Disabled Supporters

We also have a number of dedicated seats in our high level wheel chair bays but please note that you would need to be able to exit the stadium quickly and safely in an emergency. The ticket office will be able to advise you on seat locations.

Facilities For Blind & Partially Sighted Supporters

There is no allocated seating for blind and partially sighted supporters within the stadium but please note that you would need to be able to exit the stadium quickly and safely in an emergency. 

We welcome disabled supporters using an assistance dog. Please let us know, when purchasing tickets, that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog when attending matches. There is a small area between the Q-railing Stand and the Boothen End that is suitable for exercising your dog if required.

Accessible Car Parking

We have parking available on the South Car Park situated on Stanley Matthews Way (subject to availability). We advise that you purchase in advance at a cost of £5.00, if you are a blue badge holder and produce your badge on entry to the car park the stewards will park you as close to the stadium as possible.
