STOKE CITY accommodate and welcome fans with a range of disabilities to the bet365 Stadium...
All disabled supporters will be welcomed via the specified gates. Home and away supporters who are wheelchair users can watch the game from bays that have ground level access and seats for a personal assistant.
There is no specifically allocated seating for ambulant disabled supporters within the Stadium but please note that you would need to be able to exit the Stadium quickly and safely in an emergency. Stoke City welcome disabled supporters using an assistance dog. Please let us know, when purchasing tickets, that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog when attending matches. There is a small area between the Q-railing Stand and the Boothen End that is suitable for exercising dogs if required.
Matchday commentary is available using a Stoke City headset. Please specify any requirement when booking your tickets or by sending an email or call our Disability Liaison Officer, Michelle Whittaker at [email protected].
