Club acknowledged that matchday parking and traffic management has been particularly challenging during the current season.
Much of this has been caused by congestion across the wider estate. Many of the traffic management measures take place on roads external to the stadium car parks and can often, therefore, fall outside of the Club’s control.
The Club is actively engaging with partners to identify and implement improvements, which will be subject to formal public consultation processes.
The Club is also engaging with companies that specialise in project work to improve issues of this nature with a view to possibly engaging one in the future.
Connect members stated their view that implementing traffic flow improvements would be a significant step towards increasing Season Card holder attendance on matchdays.
The Club confirmed that fans would be consulted throughout this process.
